Located in heart of Lake Oconee in the Village Park next to Reynolds Landing, Café on the Green has a menu stacked with staples ranging from sandwiches and wraps to homemade soups and salads. This friendly place to pop in for a quick lunch without the fast food feel is just what entrepreneurial couple Kevin and April Bruggemann had in mind when they opened their café in the fall of 2007.

With a menu that incorporates classics like chicken and tuna salad recipes by April's mother - gourmet wraps which blend flavors of roasted red pepper and garlic dressing with sliced roast beef and Swiss cheese or Sesame ginger sauce with diced grilled chicken – and even chicken and cheese quesadillas served with ranch dressing, lettuce and salsa – you’re sure to find a favorite.

In addition to tasty lunches, you can also find a little bit of everything at this café – from hand-dipped ice cream to a full coffee bar with everything from espressos and cappuccinos to hot, full-bodied teas and seasonal offerings like spiced apple cider. To compliment the breakfast beverages, April bakes homemade biscuits, scones, muffins and brownies each morning.

Café on the Green is the perfect place to go for a delicious, but fast bite to eat. Lunch orders may be called in by 11 AM each day and keep us in mind should you need a party platter for a large group. We look forward to serving you soon!
